As Of Counsel, I support e-G-C’s clients in their international growth, particularly in cross-border transactions and financing matters.

I bring extensive experience in M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital, gained not only during my time as an attorney at leading international law firms in London but also as a co-founder and partner of OCTO REEF, a Venture Capital and Private Equity firm.

I’m admitted to the New York Bar and work in English and Dutch.
